I made similar work, just for fun and profit.

Now project is in "suspended" state, because I wont dare to create a full emulator from scratch

Some screens:

Its another try to create rom emulator. Idk, working or no.

No its still dead but this client files dont haw a auto update system game rune offline and no need to edit host only a RuneDev.ini . and this client its helpful for me because i dont haw all the time a internet and staff must downloading at my friends ;/

if i found time i will check this file better .

That exe wont really help you, maybe only an easy way to get the packet cipher.

The cipher is already very simple and easy to get, the problem is the time and effort to continue.

Anyway, I know a lot of people wants a ROM server, unfortunately I can't continue it, try to follow that dude with in-game pictures, looks like he got a lot further than me.

And stop sending me pms about it files and stuff I really don't have any.

Really? I'm not sure, since noone asks about join to develop emulator. Also it seems to easier to buy complete and updating rom server raither than develop new one from scratch.
