You might be able to use that taichi panda code that was released here with this game, it looks like it shares a lot of the server structure and dlls and stuff.

setup tutorial?

1. Download Server and extra to "D:\JYZJ.server"
2. Go to the Server folder run "1.启动数据库" to start apache and MySQL
3. Run "2.启动服务端" to start Server
4. Go to folder "客户端配置" copy patch to client and run "fxlaunch.exe"
5. Account: 123456/123456
