DC Universe Online Private Server

Are there any private servers currently online? Or is there some sort of server emulating software? was planning on finding a server where i can spawn in tier 2 raiding gear, So me and a few friends can just do the raids and be done with this game, we dont feel like doing the grind of MMO's, (4 years of WoW is enough..)

Yeah, shame that this game doesnt have private servers, has a lot of potential for it imo.
