The client does not connect to vneshke why?

You need to be very detail oriented and explain exactly what the error is.
How many of the instructions did you follow? I see a lot of patching going on in the primary post.
Did you follow the instructions completely and patch appropriately?
No one is psychic or can see your computer.
Details...
Screenshots...
Log files...
Any and everything that will help get you a resolution, should be posted.

When you go to that web page. Click on the persons name, top left corner of that shared link.
You'll see a ton of files, There are several related the GK2 and GK1, as well as, the GK3 in that link there.

- inside the 1rst link (成吉思汗GM.zip), very interesting tool to decrypt/encrypt lua (I'll do a tutorial this evening) and Source Code of Khan2, the rest is already known

- Click on person name : i am working on the links one by one to see if there's something interesting
