Okay i found the problem guys since the main thread poster doesn't want to share the help or pitch in..

Step 1.
go into this directory and run the install file C:\Program Files\erl5.9

Step 2.
Go into C:\Program Files\erl5.9\erts-5.9\bin and copy the contents of that folder and paste it into D:\GPHYGFS\server\source\twcq_server\config

The fact that you aren't getting a webserver connection leads me to believe that Something else is ocupying your port 80

Tasks have probably closer to 8000 records.

Those all have ot be done. Then items, Now the real bugger here is editing the stupid SWFs I have been making changes to them and am not getting anywhere.

What could be happening is he likely is using Skype which utilizes Port 80 and if that's the case then all he would have to do is:
Open Skype > Go to Tools > Options > Advanced > Connections > Untick "Use Port 80 and 443" > And in "Use Port" just put random numbers such as 123456.

Buddy can you tell us more about your problem?
i mean why it is impossible for you to translate the game ?
The package available here of this game contains the source files not the compiled server files and client files means you can do anything with them , you can add new features , you can add new events , you can remove and add items .........
Just jump to this directory D:\GPHYGFS\server\source\twcq_server\src\data in your pc and open data_*.erl files in your text editor and start translating the game ....

hey i managed too get this online see others can join
i even started too edit places in the map

i have even managed too change the swf files for the bottom task bar
as you can see the bag and the book dont have chinese under them any more

Right manged to get in the GM folder but i had to download rockmongo master as the gm folder was not working

The default username and password are admin,admin and the database i have connected to was called wangpudb

I have nearly changed all npcs and places in the map
