Yes , this file complete for zone, client, patcher, and gmtool.

Im not sure but i think missing some file for authentication server.
Like table for user and password and some binary file FLServer, RecordServer and may be other file.

i think all the server files are there going by the server documentation file just no database for accounts.

I still have the old folders of this game on the mega, don't know if I'm missing something. Because I never downloaded it either. And whether the topic owner has any updates with other files, I don't know.
