I am using nox and it can run the apk on it. I dont really know what is your problem this will happen I think because you cant connect to the server VM. Try to ping 192.168.200.129 on your pc



if you can ping it. If not i think you didn't setup the network on VM correctly please follow the tutorial it must be set to VM8 Nat 192.168.200.0
