Another Unity project which is incomplete and very very old. Guys really, almost every old unity prjects are useless as they are based on unity web services / Unity multiplayer stuff which is deprecated and unity dropped their service long time ago.
If you really want to do anything with that stuff, just rip the graphics and do your own game. There are really good tutorials out on youtube and stuff to do almost every game clone step by step on your own. This way you know what you have to do to setup and run a serious service where you can do custom stuff later without having to cripple around the crappy code of this old stuff or mess around with chinese stuff.
If its just for multiplayer thingies which you have problems with, checkout tom weilands riptide networking. Its free and open source. Everything to get this running is on github and youtube.
Also there are plenty of templates ready to go on unity asset store to create such games easily. Some of them are even free (others are not but google helps with that sometimes
