I did everything well, but when i start the launcher, it say CrossFire Started but its not starting

I tried to make The DarkCF client to a private server like changing the version.ini,localinfo.dat and xampp I did everything but when I open darkcf.exe after "Downloading Version" it says Microsoft C++ runtime library error. It worked before...before I made it into a private server.
Fix?
