hmm what i need to edit in there? caused im trying to host for testing at the moment

If you haven't changed any ports from the config files, this should work, otherways, post your config files from login and gameserver. Don't include the SQL login, for obvious reasons.

You should see Chinese characters, not scribbles.

yes bro, im a bit comfused about this part too caused im on windows 7.. but some chinese words on the folder's i can see but some on the notepad texts i cant see it lol

Well, try running the server, with all configured, and try connecting.

i ran the server but get exception from frame net but i already have 3.5 and trying to find the update to SP 1 now..but when i clicked on continues buttons the server is up but now somehow i cant open up the launcher it said in chinese words then it gone or closed.. then i try to use rxh.exe to start it up its work but i cant connect to the server somehow..

If you get error from frameworks, means that the PC doesn't have frameworks installed, or the connection to the database is not set up. Missing ID or PW, or something misspelled.
