My server starts and the client can patch.
But I can't start the map. How can I fix this? My log sv is still running OK

Ok I am sorry to post some questions that may have already been answered. It is just a bit much to sift through 65+ pages of posts x_x I think I saw someone say they were able to run this from their operating system without a virtual machine. Can anyone please help me with this? I have Windows 7 Home Premium so I cannot use the Windows XP VM that Microsoft had available (also they removed it from their site). Any help on this problem would be great.

My other question is: I see people often mentioning GC client. Do I have to download the GC client, install it, then patch it with certain items to make sure other people can play it? I just want to make sure I am understanding the things I have seen correctly. I am brand new to trying to run a server, and I definitely need help lol :scared:

Hi Team,

Do you still working on 9Dragons offline ?
Anyone does work with update Gold / Blood point by using SQL ? (without using GM Tool, and not logout)

I've try too used GM_Tool (GM_Tool can update gold/blood point without logout character) to update and used SQL Profiler to detect all connections to database.

Have alot connections (open data,update strhold...etc ) that make me confused.

Did anyone has done this step ? Can you please share with me ?

If not yet, I'll continue and I'll share to you all I have.

did you update the configuration on oper tools?

field 1 = (your server ip address)
field 2 = sa
field 3 = (sa password)
field 4= GMS

Can anyone explain using a step by step how to make patch files work. Ie if i want to update the scrbase file can someone do a step by step method how to do this please????


Obviously using the xpacker tool. There is no help menus to assist

Hey all was quite inactive in the scene for nearly a year. I thought I should set up a server once again and downloaded the 9DPK client and tried to connect it with my server. As expected I can't log in any character due to "Wrong Client Version" Error. Anyone has figured out yet how to change the "expected" client version ?

If you at least read the title you'd know that it works. This clearly says "A tutorial to make the server work." So YES people (including me) did manage to make it work.

i guess with the patching system , (maybe) after client get patchedm the ndreg got version changed...
and i have heard that the files of 9dpk was based on a old VN version, but who knows im not sure of that...
