Mobile Need Help with SANGUO (Mobile)

Hello everyone! i been trying to create an offline server for the SANGUO (Mobile). I changed IP from both Server and APK. Everything is working fine until i got to the point where i have to create an account. There is a Youtube Video with some explanation about this specific game but didnt have this problem. Can anyone help me? Thank you for reading
