I'm looking through the S.U.N (Soul of the Ultimate Nation) client version 1.0.0.7 for some information to help me on possibly building an emulator. I have come across some information that I'm not even sure what it is. This came from inside the Data folder, within the Resource.wpk file, and inside a file called IGCList.txt.
Can anyone tell me what exactly this is used for? Thank you!
