you cant use a translator tool.
for something like that there is a dedicated team that takes that and translates
everything into English. your looking at a major translation. so you will need
something that knows that language and give you a full on English translation
for everything. i know this because i used to do translations and i don't bother
doing it much anymore.

I used RPGviewer, can extract the file 100% but dunno how to import the file and edit it!
