[Help] Getting started in server emulation for Asda Story EU/US

I started in server emulation for Asda Story but I need some help like remove Hack Shield from client and take a ip for replace it with my ip and I want to get packets from client, I'm C# Programmer and I have knowledge in basics and OOP and I'm tried to get something from client and I found this

this is my tried for get ip to replace with my ip for new server
previous ip "222.111.150.183" and port "3212" and this maybe (Login Server) port "1001"

Is it really server files or just emulator?
