Has anyone managed this? i would desperatly like to play dragomon again so an english private server would be amazing.

You would need a specific client to work with whatever version of server they could get their hand on.

It's unlikely as it's not a very public game, and generally when I see someone say they have it they can never back it up with actual proof.
