Can't eat, drink or load magazines.

on my server I can search for apples, but not eat them, open cans but not eat them, cant drink bottles, or canteens, cant load ammunition or magazines either, something is bugged on these actions I believe it's one bug affecting all. does anyone know the fix?

All use on self actions are broke is the issue, cant check blood type, morphine, epi-pen, etc, but you can combine items, some crafting thoughcan't use on self.
