Curious how some servers on the private shard aren't using hosts that rent servers

There's a couple 0.62.144063 servers on the private shard that have IPs that belong to hosts that don't offer DayZ server rental. Specifically Trump's Wall server. They use 2 hosts:

Does that mean they have leaked server files? Or can you buy them somewhere?

I've read through that thread but it seems that no one has mentioned how to get the server listed on the Community tab in the server list. Also, the servers I'm talking about are version 0.62.144063, but I'm guessing you can set that in the files.

Is there a way to get the server listed in the community tab?
