Maybe its in \server_data\config.bin - file.... there're spawn coordinates for all server events... including helicrashes... i suggest if you add more coordinates - you will get more helicrashes...

Yeah! But only in older versions. In new version that problem can be solved how i understanded by modifying "events.xml".
