hello, i know this luma emu from other games,
what i can see in your picture is:
you have to remove the "#"
at
# target=, and
# StartIn=
ALL LINES WITH THE # are dissabled and will not work so you just have to delete the #
and also make sure the path to the .exe is correct in the .ini

yes, after checking the error message again(no game exe specified.. means that the path to the exe is not present because of the # !), i am sure that it will work now.. good luck.
