its new, you need use client version = 127 described by glinkd of pwi and set glinkd to 127 too

anyone with the 1.7.3 client willing to upload it? the lowest you can download through arc now is 1.7.5 and that one will autoclose before you reach the login screen since perfect world made it mandatory to login through arc at the start of open beta.
