Looking for bin converter

Anyone has a bin converter who can convert all .bin to .xls?
i cant edit other bin files.

I understand there is someone in another forum offering to sell such tools.
You might want to contact him.

Don't expect it to be cheap.

i recently used strs and i got some errors on it.
like failed to load monster drop table, load error check bin
