I freshly installed CoreTools again from the soulhunterZ release it worked before i deleted it
My firewall and antivirus are both turned off but do not know why this error started appearingEven tried installing it 3 times over and over again but does not launch.
Fixed!! Had to reinstall visual studio forgot when restored computer
