Login DB request failed

Currently tried everything that i could think of, currently on a dedicated server that we just bought last night but now it is giving us LOGIN DB REquest failed,
I inserted the new account through the database, have tried 3 different accounts, tried reinstalling the api, making sure all my settings are correct, could someone give me a hand please and thank you
