Convert into XML is not easy u need to map structures manually.

Yes its decrypted by me. Its now a binnary dump of data. At 6th byte u can read TBLIDX (4 bytes lenght) in almost all tables and other stuff. Check it in Workshop.
U need to write program to change RDF int XML.
