Unworking transport is probably caused by missing luascripts, i guess the NPC in front of you does not work either ?

Who knows? Npc, what gives Quests on Elite skills is not working, Guild Castles (can't build), Loot from bosses is not working too, Don't work any skills (ex. Holy Strike), don't work exp balls and tp balls, and, who knows, how up server to 5-6 chapter and who knows, how i can know bosses and monsers id? because

look my first screen on RA Controller Monitor, I haven't error messages with haven't luascript files in zone server

..and npcs(all - quests, vendors and others) working, only transport don't woking

That's not true, you have a Luascript.db... simply extracted from the data.fdb

No need to do this. YOu can have all files in one folder.. it's just for a better overview
