This is a tutorial for using SGSSAA (Sparse Grid Super Sampling Anti Aliasing) in RoM with your nividia GPU.The values I will use below are taken from Blade & Soul but it work perfectly in RoM.

The higher the value, the more likely the fire is to crash and the higher the power consumption and temperature of the GPU. At 2x the temperature only goes up a couple of ºC and it's safe but at 4x it already goes up 15ºC, depending on the cooling, in my case it's air cooling. If your client is 64bit you can increase the value more without the game having crash.

DISCLAIMER: You are solely responsible for your use of SGSSAA in the game and the consequences of using it on your PC.

- My specs -
OS: W7 64bits
GPU: Palit GeForce RTX 2060 GamingPro OC 6GB
Driver GPU: 425.31 clean of telemetry and bloatware
NVIDIA Profile Inspector: 2.3.0.2 & 2.3.0.10
MSI Afterburner 4.6.0

Steps to follow:
1. Your PC stable and Nvidia GPU stable & safe driver, and with a program like MSI Afterburner to control the temperature of the GPU at all times
2. Download NVIDIA Profile Inspector of official repository . Release thread in guru3d (in Videocards - NVIDIA GeForce Drivers Section).
3. Create a new profile called "Runes of Magic" and add client.exe as the "Application Absolute Path"
4. Put one of the following groups of values but never mix them.

SGSSAA 2x
Antialiasing compatibility: 0x000200C1
Antialiasing - Mode: Override any application setting
Antialiasing - Setting: 2x [2x Multisampling] or 2xQ [2x Quincunx (blurred)]
Antialiasing - Transparency Spersampling: 2x Sparse Grid Supersampling
Texture filtering - LOD Bias (DX): -0.5000

SGSSAA 4x
Antialiasing compatibility: 0x000200C1
Antialiasing - Mode: Override any application setting
Antialiasing - Setting: 4x [4x Multisampling]
Antialiasing - Transparency Spersampling: 4x Sparse Grid Supersampling
Texture filtering - LOD Bias (DX): -1.0000

SGSSAA 8x
Antialiasing compatibility: 0x000200C1
Antialiasing - Mode: Override any application setting
Antialiasing - Setting: 8xQ [8x Multisampling] or 8x [8x CSAA (4 color + 4 cv samples)]
Antialiasing - Transparency Spersampling: 8x Sparse Grid Supersampling
Texture filtering - LOD Bias (DX): -1.5000

5. You will see the game better the higher the value but if you use a 32-bit client it will be easier to crash the game depending on the add-on load and the area you are in.

Example config nvidia Profile Inspector:
Game config:
Capture without AA:
Capture in 2x SGSSAA:
Capture in 4x SGSSAA:
Capture in 8x SGSSAA:

My temperatures ingame (CoA client):
2x SGSSAA up to 35ºC in a room at 22ºC, 44% humidity
4x SGSSAA up to 55ºC in a room at 22ºC, 44% humidity
8x SGSSAA up to 65ºC in a room at 22ºC, 44% humidity

Now with the 64-Bit Client this makes really sense. It makes a huge difference :D
