How to change the max Lvl

Hi,

i am searching for the option to reduce the max Lvl. of 97.
In the Database i only find the single Charakters whitch all have seperate max lvl.
I want to make all Charakters max. lvl and new charakters max lvl to 55.
Could someone help me please?
