disable the phirius Shellfish npc

Hello everybody,

i want to disable the phirius Shellfish npc.
Is there any way to do this? And where i have to look for it?
Or could i disable that you get the phirius Shellfish by Minigames?

Would be nice if someone have an idea what i have to chanche.

There are some basic gm addons leaked (somewhere) which you can use to edit NPCs in game (like make them disappear etc.). If you have luck you can find it somewhere around here. (Its called GM Panel or so)
