Maybe a help server stuck in server screen

i am runnign server
and my sister whant to play but she stuck at server list only
i did evry thing on Forums

maybe some one knows more
please help

Check that you opened the ports correctly if you're doing it with router, if you're using hamachi, make sure that your firewall is set to allow private connections.

and my sister can not go further then the server list
