Not working Monitor/Controller

Hello! My friend has a problem with Monitor/Controller. When Controller service is online, he can't see anything in RA Monitor.
Port 36579.
What to do?

I have the same problem. On my first try it works fine and my RA Monitor was normal. But now after a while I startet agian and the RA Monitor window stays blank.?

guys comon please.... some times the Windows-Services crash or dont work. Monitor is blank? = Controller Service crashed.
