PS if you are a Dev account or GM account (maybe for GM). You should be able to walk over to the fleet creation NPC and create the Fleet without having a group.
I don't recall if it was level 15 or 20 or some other requirement.
But Dev / possibly GM should not require the "group" requirement. But you will need to meet the other requirements.

If you have insufficient access this will either not work or just yell at you that all the commands don't exist. If you can't open the console with ~, you can't really do anything with it.

Oh i had to reach the console some other method becouse of my keyboard layout in my country is slightly different. And without the consol the permission level setting is works, i did that, after that the /console was working...

Alright, here's the scoop on the Cash Shop. Setting up the cash shop requires importing each product you want to sell, by hand. There is an automated method, but it requires me to do quite a bit of work on my end, and to be honest I don't really care about a working cash shop so I will simply post a guide telling you how to import them yourself.

Actually, partially disregard my previous, there is something wrong here, looks like an error in some of the uigen files. It is non-fatal but is causing some fleet functions to fail.

I will look into fixing it when I have a chance, but since its non-fatal and only seems to effect fleet events its not super high priority right now.

Becouse of the size.... Well i trying to seed a torrent, sooo here it is, i try to seed, at central eu(GMT+1) time night AM1:00 i will turn off seed, but tomorrow AM6:00 i will resume the sharing. seed will be always active between 6:00AM to 1:00AM

With respects to the UIGen issue, the error messages I can get out of the game are far too vague for me to figure out what the issue is. Since it effects such a small portion of the game I don't really see myself spending the time trying to fix it. If someone else would like to try they can feel free to PM me and I will show them what I have found.
DNC, maybe this came up in your investigations, the initial error seems to be:

@popejohnpaul post your character level at the time of Fleet creation. Ness199X pm a link to an archived file containing data/ui folder (full) and any details you had.

More than likely it is nothing more than an adjustment needed via code or to the ui files themselves.

being as the fleet (Holdings) is the biggest part of the game i dunno how to explain this ok holdings is ... u create a base then u need to lvl the base with missions pve to get Fleet credits to be able to get a base means u can get fleet weapons armor so on so forth so u see the fleet and the base is a huge part of the game..
