please use brain first
then click right on setup.bat
then edit
then edit this

set mysql="C:\xampp\MySQL\bin\mysql.exe <<<< Your mysql path"
set user=root <<<< your mysql username
set pass= <<<< your mysql password
set DBHost=localhost ( don't edit this )
set DBname=pb <<<< your mysql database ( don't edit this )

then save
and click on it again ~,~

i've reinstall Java 2, MySQL,Navicat 2times already, But still get this annoying notice.
I'm done here...

Note : Windows 7 ultimate 64bit, Java JDK 7U9,MySQL 5.5.28, Navicat 8.0.18

Thats your mysql problem. Make sure your mysql password same with database.conf
