This isn't a source problem, is a simple decimal problem.
First of all, open "Control Panel" > "Geographic area" then click on "Additional settings" and edit "Decimal separator". The base decimal separator is . but u need replace it with ,

Then just restart emulator and everything is gonna work fine :

I Realeased the files, its almost everything fixed in the game,then you must search the only erros (on purpose ) and fix them,i wont give people the entire 100% source -
