Isuse with NPc Editor pls help

hello everyone got little isuse with my npc editor won`t open task_npc.data

The reason to be called npcgen editor is cause its supposed to edit npcgen.data not task_npc.
Unless you're trying to edit the npc quests then you've to open tasks.data.

ok but i can`t find npcgen.data (sorry newbie on thi thinks)

ok found the file but it apparatly dosen`t open full file
