Hi guys...!
Today I woke up wanting to learn and good as I am a novice just want help me in what is chat nation
I have an error writing
and messages are sent through the system message
someone who can give me a solution to carry out the chat nation where it should be really . ?

SendString128 just sends a string to the client and not a chatmessage.
A string used for system messages, errors etc, so don't wonder why it appears in the system message box

To send a chat message you have to make use of one of the chatting packets:

• MSG_IC_CHAT_MAP
• MSG_IC_CHAT_REGION
• MSG_IC_CHAT_WAR
• MSG_IC_CHAT_PARTY
• MSG_IC_CHAT_ALL
• ...

This is mainly done by the IM Server but you can send certain chat messages from the Field Server as well:

• MSG_FC_CHAT_MAP
• MSG_FC_CHAT_REGION
• MSG_FC_CHAT_CASH_ALL
• MSG_FC_CHAT_ARENA
• MSG_FC_CHAT_OUTPOST_GUILD
• MSG_FC_CHAT_INFINITY

Check how masang does it and ajust it to your needs
