i'm getting this error form a week, and i've tried to use every client.

This error is thrown when the packet has not a valid size, so probably you are using a wrong client, because the T_PC_CONNECT_LOGIN packet has a wrong size/wrong member variables

Why not use the 4.3 Source code released here? There you have a combined server/client source so that you can't have mismatching packets etc

Like said many many times:

Stop using custom clients, for starters. Use the official ones.

Basically, stop mix-matching and using custom clients.

Use official AO Wikigames clients with matching released sources.

You wanna search for something like "Ace Online EP 4.3 Client". Though the public mirrors die out. No one has uploaded a clean client here ever since ep2, so you wont find something on the forum. Your best hopes will be on game mirroring sites you find via google.
