Launcher Problem[SOLVED]

Ive searched now the whole day for a solution but i didnt found anything....

so now..all my my servers are online except the FIeld-Server which im getting IOCPInit() error

accutaly ima ask about what to do if my Launchers says:

PLease download the game again.

2and:

All server are under examination.Trylogging in later.

i can see the server but i really dont know how to solve this prob. =(

im asking for some help pls)

use the AO client afther copy the airrivals Res tex on AO etc... Launcher .atm ,res-obj and res-eff and the HShield if you want .
