Some server troubles

Ehm...I'm kinda dumb or smth else like that but I cant find and solve out some problems. I've used ep4.2 server files and stuck with this:
1) server launching is not really correct as it should be. It looks like:
- pre - OK
- IM - LoadConfiguration Error, but launches
- log - OK
- field - LoadConfiguration Error, but launches
- npc - LoadConfiguration Error1000, but launches
And after checking in billion times global.cfg nothing comes out to my mind what's wrong. I'll attach logs and config file
2) if i try connect despite of all that errors i meet "all servers under examination" and again no ideas how to fix it
Would appreciate any help even sarcastic

[Future]

#2 is self explanatory as the server aborts the startup routine when it fails to read a configuration value. If it's not running, the client can't connect.

For #1 you'll have to blame masang for horrible logging. I'll have a look at your configs later but if it doesn't log which config value is at fault you're gonna have a hard time.
