The Qigong Temple is coded to only work at certain times.

From 6pm until 12am (Midnight) each day the Qigong Temple will not work. This is hard-coded into the files.

Did you make sure your Login Server is listening on port 5051? If you are running the server behind a router or modem there will be problems for outside connections reaching your server. Not sure if that has been rectified or not with the newer server files.

If you're behind a router I'd recommend setting up your server through Tungle or Hamachi or some similar service. As that bypasses all the fiddling with your router to let things through.

The Hamachi website has a guide on setting it up/using it and to get it to work with the server files you simply put your Hamachi IP in all the places you'd normally put your WAN IP.

Edit: Also you said you used your WAN IP for the files but the paste you posted shows your Local IP address. 192.168.x.x is a local address range, not a WAN range. The IP in your pastes is either the local IP of the PC you're using or the local IP of your router. Either way it will not work if people wanting to connect are outside your local network.

The easiest way to find your WAN IP is to use a website such as:
