I get a MapleStory.exe has stopped working on run.

Like above said, but also make sure that you don't put spaces.
Spaces have a different hex value then null.

Keep null values at 00.

I left it as 127.0.0.1 'cause this one was for myself.

Anyways I followed some tut and made myself an edited localhost so it's all good.

Nope this doesn't work at all...

You need to make sure to change the 23's to 00 that come after 127.0.0.1 or your WAN IP. Then it'll work.
