Delphi Install Dir\lib\ would meant your DelphiMS\lib\

Okay, so I'm trying to bypass the Delphi 2010 License Check thing, but after I open up the Delphi Distiller v1.85, go to the "Delphi 2010" tab, and then the "Tweaks" tab, it won't let me tick off the "Remove Delphi 2010 License Check" box : so I can't run it. . . I can't finish installing Delphi 2010 without the serial number :*:
