How to edit CAP various stats in v90 localhost?

i want to increase limited various stats in v90 localhost.
for example, att is limited at 999999, Magic att 1999.
i want to make stats like

Att 2000000
Magic Att 4000
Def. 9999
Magic Def. 9999
Avoid/Hands 9999
Speed 200
Jump 150

but i can't use IDA.

how to edit this?

trying CheatEngine,

juse search cap value of stat
and then edit it

after getting address

You can make changes in other tools like OllyDbg or any plain old hex editor to modify localhost.exe and save
