[Request] v0.83 localhost with Windows 10 compatibility

Hey everyone,

i'm looking for v0.83 localhost with w10 compatibility!

EDIT:
used @Eric 's method but when i go in game the client is unresponsive for like 30 seconds and only then i have to alt tab before i can use it. any idea why? v83 shouldn' ttakke too long to load. also how can i force window mode

Can someone confirm it works all time time? A regular client works better to me than this one, this gives 'Stopped Responding' errors..

It works most of the time. It is not a real fix, it just mitigates the issue to the point where most users will hardly experience it.
