How to make v62 open in window mode by default?

Can anyone help me or teach me how to edit v62 localhost to open in window mode by defualt? i don't know why but it always open in fullscreen mode everytime the game is start. I tried to change the setting in the game, but it doesn't work, it always untick on "Window" option.
Is there any trick on find where to enable window option by default in IDA?

I'm using win10 with lastest build.

An other option to get rid of it (poorly) is to hex edit the ad. URL and the whole function breaks. However, it will re-appear if you happen to use stredit.
