In file index.php change AGARIO_SERVER_HOST, AGARIO_SERVER_URL and AGARIO_SERVER_API

otherwise it will be redirecting

Yep doesn't work for me either. It's stuck at connecting no matter what host you're using (localhost, 127.0.0.1, or global ip) it still won't connect. For the server it just shows server started that's it.

Yep, same here, it finds the db info since i can select the custom name i filled in, but it wont connect to the server

Try updating your browser and the .NET Framework to 4.5

WebSocket was only introduced in version 4.5 of the .NET Framework

agar may be going live on steam soon: Steam Greenlight :: Agar.io

Anyhow, good work. This sort of thing could spawn a whole community built around modding the game (which would be great)!

No you don't need if you stay local.
But port must be free.
