"supposed" newer client files from c9-gracia, keep an eye on it.

You all probably remember c9-gracia, since they have closed they were using old files, right now they said on their official facebook page that they will re-open with lvl 70, drop rate x20.

My question is, how they got lvl 70, and how did they manage to change the drop rate;
Did they get newer files, if yes, who provided it?;
As long as I know, this server had alot of players in the past, so its kind out of range that they are lying somehow.
