Is there a private server currently?

@fallenfate if you mean the one from the video that I did, no it's the same v1208 version, but if you mean the newer files that are with a chinese group, yes they are newer than our versions. I actually have their contact but they only want to sell their newer version that has raebin complete etc... - last time they asked me 14,000$ for it, but I'll be showing you the video that I did a long time ago with the chinese seller( he was an employee of a c9 private server).

Right now I've stopped hunting newer files since I already know who got them, I'm trying to learn unity 5 engine, focused in fps games.

so there's possibility to acquire the updated server files in the future?

Strange I don't see any private servers hosting with those files mentioned by Stunn. They either keep it for LAN party or ? The Pserver mentioned by some guys here lately had a Facebook to it too but. We just see nothing to be truth.

Who knows how I can make the client game working launcher and start the game through the exe? (don't want to run the game through starter where need to write ip and so on. want to spread the game for all)

@truhsniy you would need visual basic studio to do an launcher plus it's script

@john007 those chinese/Kr servers that have newer files are not oficial(No direct right contract with Webzen), they sneak up in groups like QQ messenger(like this server that the employee shows in the video has a qq messenger group with over 2,000 people) to dodge a sue from Webzen, and that's why they never show up, To find the owner of that server and his "employees" I had to search in forums.

More in detail I describe how to change laucher game to connect to my external ip and change the ip in the client. And do I need any files to the game server from where you want to go the upgrade

@Stunn, look like your are completely 100% right. Too bad only the Chinese got those newer servers.
I have a feeling that C9 and vindictus newer server files will never released again.

Can i ask for client part 2 uploaded to somewhere else? THat korean site wont let me download it...

Also the Create User File too, i make the captcha, ant it wont let me download(it gives me a red button) however it is flooding me with pornograph adverts...

@Flyer8472 Not sure if the files I have are these, or just similar, but last I used them they fully functioned.

Here's a MEGA mirror to all the files I've still got -

C9.rar should be the the server files, DBs BAK Files are self-explanatory (the database backups), textGuide.txt is a guide I wrote to set them up, Tools.rar contains some tools I forget, and C9fixed_v20131.rar should be the right fixed client executable. I think.

If any of that is wrong and you need a hand setting everything up, let me know. It's been over a year since I looked at C9 but I should be able to get it running again.

If you're looking at hosting and need a site layout to start off with, I made a site layout and it's included as fallenc9flame.zip. Feel free to use it just don't claim it as your own and have fun. Please note it IS just a coded layout, it isn't hooked into the server or anything.

C9 rar is working, your prevoius link now says the directory no longer accessible, it says maybe deleted becouse of violation.... so all i have is c9.exe XD and i cannot access the rest of it... still cannot download any of it XD
