make server online

i have working server, but wonder is there any way to make it online. where to edit IP address. I found that on config file but there is other file need to edit?

to make it online you will need a VPS , or if you want only for friends i.e : hamachi

No need vps or hamachi, just need open the port.

even if you open ports , people won't be able to connect , trust me
