1. Edit "pga_hba.conf", add one more line (step 16 in tutorial video)
host all all 127.0.0.1/32 trust
2. Run Postgres application in server
3. Set Navicat connection as images

Perhaps IP issue,
Do correctly as tutorial video first (client IP, AKtool ..etc), becoz there're many reasons i guessed

Besides, one suggestion "don't set your actual PC IP same as gateway IP you set for server"
For example:
Server IP: 192.168.0.33
Gateway IP: 192.168.0.1 <- Something like that if you follow tutorial video
Your actual PC IP: 192.168.0.2 or others difference from "1" and "33" above

check your client version if its 01.04 if its 01.05 replace this. on the client

Hi people i find one solution to this problem
and is easy like i do
download this files

and read intruccions
you need change this files with my files: iptables, pg_hba.conf and postgresql.conf

ETH0 missing after cloning the Linux virtual machine

and about this other problem
i put this same files and file named ifcfg-eth0
you must change your file for my file and change the ip for you ip
when you have this on dhcp give that problem
i changed it to static ip
is better if you use it on a online server you must put you public ip

go to " /var/lib/pgsql/9.3/data ", Open : "pg_hba.conf" and edit.
look for: # TYPE DATABASE USER ADDRESS METHOD.
edite the line : host all all 127.0.0.1/32 md5 para host all all 0.0.0.0/0 md5
Save the file.
now open file : "postgresql.conf"
look for " listen_addresses ", same this " listen_addresses = 'Localhost' edit to " listen_addresses = '*'.
dont forget remove " # " of listen, and the door 5432 após isso save file.
now go to : " /etc/sysconfig/ " and open file "iptables" adit him.
LF : -A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 22 -j ACCEPT e abaixo disso adicione o seguinte :
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 6543 -j ACCEPT
